Electronic Agreement

Use of the live345 platform, including browsing the website, registering an account, and any financial transactions, constitutes the user's full acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement carries the same legal force as a signed written agreement.

Jurisdiction

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one live345 account. Detection of multiple accounts under the same individual's name or the same IP address may result in all related accounts being suspended while an investigation is carried out. Balances obtained through duplicate accounts are not eligible for withdrawal.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. Any activity carried out through a user's account is the responsibility of that user.

General Promotion Terms

All promotions and bonuses at live345 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. live345 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions, including bonus arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

Game Fairness

All games available at live345 use certified random number generators (RNG) or are broadcast live with real dealers for live casino games. The outcome of each game is independent and cannot be manipulated by any party. live345 does not guarantee the outcome of any bet.

Results and Payouts
